Terms & Conditions of Sale
Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to any booking made on location-oceanetspa.fr for the rental of the property located at 1, allée de Savoie, 40530 Labenne.
Booking Any booking implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Payment terms
A 50% deposit of the total stay amount is required at the time of booking.
The balance is due no later than 10 days before your arrival date.
For any booking made less than 10 days before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund of all amounts paid.
If the cancellation occurs before the balance has been paid, the deposit already paid is retained; it is not refunded.
If the cancellation occurs after the balance has been paid, 50% of the total stay amount is refunded, whatever the exact cancellation date.
If the balance has not been paid by 7 days before arrival at the latest, the booking is automatically cancelled and the deposit paid remains the property of the Landlord, in accordance with the cancellation schedule above.
Security deposit
A security deposit is required for each stay, managed via the Swikly platform. This is a simple card authorisation, not a charge, except in the event of damage, missing equipment, or non-compliance with the terms of the stay noted at check-out. The amount is automatically released a few days after departure, barring any dispute.
Holiday home insurance certificate
Holiday home insurance ("assurance villégiature") is required for every stay. A certificate must be submitted via the dedicated form on the site before arrival.
Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 4:00 pm
Check-out: by 11:00 am at the latest
Flexible timing may be available on request, depending on availability.
Pets
Pets are not accepted, without exception, including assistance animals.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing agreement, the competent French courts will have sole jurisdiction over the dispute.
